Leadership support and sparring partner 

NKT Business line Accessoreis HR team is expaning and we are now looking for a HR Business Partner to our site in Nordenham.

As part of the business line HR team, you will work in a global and dynamic environment. The main purpose of this role is to support and coach local leaders in strategic and business-related topics related to HR – and to learning and development in particular. You will play an important role in ensuring that NKT Accessories Business line has the right skills to deliver on its short- and long-term business strategy. You will work together with HR Director and the Site Management to understand strategically important functional skills areas and gaps, and define the learning roadmap for NKT Accessories Business line. 


You will be the obvious sparring partner and the to go to person in HR processes such as leadership, talent and competence development and recruitments. 


Exept from the above your tasks will also include:

  • Assess training needs for the Business line through surveys, interviews and dialogues with managers and instructors
  • Identify, develop and promote the learning roadmap and training activities
  • Present and coordinate training and development programs
  • Drive performance and talent cycle activities such as performance/development dialogues, people & talent reviews in line with BL HR.
  • Drive active approach to employee engagement follow-up on

As the role includes a wide range of tasks, it is important that you have a non-prestigious, humble and ambitious attitude. We are looking for a structured doer who handles everything from administrative tasks to more strategic ones with the same drive and motivation. You have the ability to drive change and the courage to challenge our leaders.

A supportive and communicative personality combined with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the organization are important qualities to succeed in this role.


In addition, your CV probably contains:

  • A university degree with an advantage in personnel/HR
  • Exellent user in Excel
  • A few years of work experience in HR Business Partnering ore/and Project Management
  • Fluent German and English in speech and writing
