You develop and implement a global EB strategy together with our Group Communications & Brand team
You establish a global Employer Branding framework & toolkit to empower local stakeholders
You set-up and enable an Employer Branding community within GEA
You drive the roll-out of our refreshed Employer Value Proposition
You define the right communication channels (incl. Social Media)
Ваш профиль и квалификация:
Enthusiastic and passionate personality that drives our Employer Branding initiatives to the next level
Target group oriented communication approach and hands-on mentality
Strong conceptual skills and execution oriented mindset
Several years of relevant work experience in the area of Employer Branding, Marketing or Communications (ideally in a Matrix Organization)
Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
Large extent of flexibility regarding working location and hours, both part and full time possible
Collaboration in a passionate team of different backgrounds within HR and beyond.
What happens once your application is submitted?
