About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition Team and support our candidate management strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on building up the candidate pipeline and ensuring a great candidate experience while having the opportunity to contribute to various projects in talent and recruitment

Our Talent Acquisition team supports both our in-house operational teams and our portfolio companies. This group of dedicated experts specialises in locating, attracting, and hiring the best people to build and grow a wide range of products and services.

In this role, you’ll:

Create an end-to-end sourcing plan and includes responsibilities such as  ​direct search, contacting candidates, and organising interviews.

Continuously develop yourself to achieve the best results (participate in trainings, keep an open eye for new trends, tools etc.) as well as share knowledge with the team

Learn a lot about the different departments in our company and portfolio in order to specify and improve the search for candidates

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find the best candidates for the roles

Closely work with different stakeholders from different businesses within our portfolio

Grow to be an expert in the best sourcing ​practices

Your Profile

Ideally have first experience in sourcing process from search execution to successful messaging (being familiar with the usage of Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean search etc.)

Willingness to work in a variety of positions (from junior till C-level from sales through marketing to IT etc.) 

Eager to take on new challenges and find niche talent across different geographies

A master of engaging candidates

Ability to handle dynamic and constantly changing environments

A data-driven mindset 

Openness to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters & hiring managers

Experience in influencing the business on the philosophy of, approach to and best practices of candidate discovery

Empathy and assertive communication skills 

Fluency in English (written and spoken). German is a big plus

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
